a special thanks

Nothing beats coming back from 70 and sunny skies in Miami to cold, blustery snow storms in DC! Woke up this morning to the biggest snow storm we've had all season and spent half an hour clearing 6 inches of snow and ice off my car! Was grateful for the two-hour delay though... :)

I have to give a special thank you to Dina over at My Superfluities who had such kind words for my blog and bestowed upon me the Lemonade Award for having a great attitude--going off the phrase, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade!" Thank you Dina! She also listed some other great blogs and wrote sweet notes about them as well. :)


I will have to get my stuff together and pass this award back to Dina and to others who have great blogs and great attitudes!
